Progress Controll Enggineer


One part of the Project Management system is Progressing. As we all know the progress of a project we need to control the project so that we do not far off the mark. What should be done by a controll progress?


1. Ensuring the construction team has input the data correctly. in other words progress collecting data that we obtain from enggineer should be strictly in accordance with field data. Do not get the wrong data because there are reports that we created a benchmark of sales that we will receive any specific time period. With the progress that we make the data as a reference for future financial divisions to plan the costs required for completion of the project.


2. Ascertain the number of man power and man hours that have been working on the construction. Manpower that there must be separated for each WBS and WP.


3. Controlling progress can be interpreted by ensuring the productivity of the construction team has been in accordance with the productivity that has been planned. Planned productivity is productivity that must be achieved by the construction team so that project can be completed within their schedule agreed between the contractor and project owner.
Many other divisions that depend progressing with the data. As already mentioned above. finance with financial planning division. in addition, our data are needed to determine whether the project because we will be late or advanced.
